Our Technical Services department was created to support the sales and installation of barcoding and labeling equipment. By specializing in equipment for the apparel industry, we have developed a wealth of knowledge over the last 20 years as to what works consistently and effectively.

Thermal Printer Maintenance

We have in-house technicians that can troubleshoot and fix most problems that printers can present. We support all printers that we sell. We are authorized value added distributors for Datamax-Oneil as well as Printronix. In addition, we have been servicing and installing Zebra printers for well over 15 years.

Printer Service Contracts

We offer a service contract through our partnership with national “repair organizations.” No matter where you are located, we have your label printers covered.

Software Support

We are staffed with trained technicians that have working knowledge of the label design software we sell. Help is a phone call away when software is purchased through PLI.
